Since we all have such fun with the Secret Santa swaps, I thought it would be fun to play Secret Valentine!  Who would like to play with me? 

This is a NO SEW swap!!!  And as such, the deadlines will come fairly quickly so please make sure you can fulfill your commitment before signing up.  Thank you!!!  Each Secret Valentine will send 2 fat quarters in their Giftee’s favorite color along with a notion (pattern, thread, rulers, etc.).  That’s it . . . no sewing involved!

My Secret Valentine 2011 Guidelines: 

• I will draw names for all of the participants, and you will know who you drew, but not who drew you.
  
• As you sign up for this swap, please post on this thread what your favorite color is for the fat quarters and a couple of suggestions (if any) for your notions “wish-list”.   I will note these on this first post besides their name so the Secret Valentines can find this information easily.

• Sign-up deadline is Thursday, January 20, 2011.
  
• Partners Chosen and Notified by Friday, January 21, 2011.
  
• Mail by Monday, January 31, 2011, if your partner is halfway 'round the world

My favorite color is Blue!

And I could really use some hand quilting thread or there is something I have been wondering about and not real sure what it's called. You mark a quilt with a stencil and it uses chalk but it's not the roll pen. It's a pounce something or other. Don't know where can I get one and what is it called, so I could use one of those too!

Can I play please?  I'll give ya'all a hundred guesses what color is my fav - first 99 don't count...     I can use about any notion I suppose - can always use bobbins, but they have to be for a Janome machine (they're not expensive - clear plastic). 

So make mine PINK and bobbins or any gadget.

Please sign me up for this one! A no sew swap is perfect for just after Christmas

My favourite colour is blue, but is quickly followed by red if that makes it easier. As for notions, I always need pins and hand sewing needles, so either would be perfect.
