This is Mark Lapinski's new line, with a bit of the black and white from his older one. They are complimentary lines. These are gorgeous! I can't wait to plug them into the March Mystery to see if they will work!

I think Mark got his inspiration from Pottery.... Polish Pottery? Portuguese Pottery? Not sure.... I know some type of pottery.

By the way, I tried these out in the March Mystery yesterday, yum!

These are up now, in the store - click here to see them. I already have orders for two Krakow/Califon kits for the new Mystery Quilt, so get these while they are hot!

Hey Jess, I know you're already re-ordering these, but I was just curious...do these only come in a red/black/white combo? I would LOVE to see these in a yellow as well.

No, they come in a blue/green combo too.

No yellow though.

Jess

I'm glad I opted for this kit - it is going to look stunning.

Jenn - If you hit on Jess's link and look on Mark Lapinski's link and look under the Califon tab you will see that there are some yellows there that would go with some of the blacks and whites that Jess has in her store.

Right on Milica! I haven't really paid much attention to the bright Califons. It is an older line that they still sell as a compliment to Krakow. Good find!

yeah I saw those. I just think these would be REALLY striking if they did the black/white with yellow accents. Of course, it helps that yellow is my favorite color, but I had been contemplating doing something in black and white with either red or yellow as an accent color before I saw this line.

I do REALLY like these fabrics though. I may end up hunting down the yellow line anyway because it is pretty just in a completely different way.
