Hope I can make most of the discussions! Won't be able to do Wed, due to church, but hopefully can  make most of the others. :)

I will certainly try to get us headed down the right road here Oknana. I know some of the more experienced quilters like you will add quite a bit of credibility to the discussion. :)

Hi everyone,

Our chatroom still has a few kinks to work out, so we have a temporary chat room set up here: http://chat.quiltropolis.net/. Just put in a user name, choose The Quilt and Needle under the drop down menu, and hit join chat. If you plan to attend our Discussion Session about mitering borders this evening, you might want to ck out the chat room ahead of time and let me know if you have any problems getting in. I hope that our actual chatroom will be ready to go in the next day or so.

Yes, it is not a fabulous chatroom for what we do, but it is only temporary. We are working on the actual chat that will be integrated in our site, so it will hopefully be up in the next day or two.

Don't get me wrong sweetheart it is wonderful to have the room, and those emoticons are cute :):) just wasn't sure if it was me who had the slowness or if it was the board in general.

We missed having you with us Cindy. I think we all had some fun, I know we all laughed quite a bit. And we talked thru the instructions for mitering borders and everyone agreed it is not a difficult technique.

Hey Cindy,

Why don't you read through Mom's tutorial and let us know if you have any questions. Mom can certainly help you out if I can't!
