Our youngest daughter is graduating from college on May 19, and on May 18 is a semi-formal dinner

dance with all the seniors and parents.  So I will be a little busy that weekend.

Still need to go dress shopping, not looking forward to shopping.

Lynn

I have my pcs cut and am ready to go.. (will get background tomorrow) I hope the colors are suitable, I don't like orange, so went with yellow. I like this pattern, think it will be so springy. Thanks Dorian for sharing.

Aloha from the Big Island!!

I want to play too!! I did the last Mystery Quilt, and am looking forward to the next one!! This Saturday will tide me over until then!!
I moved without my stash but, you can never keep a fabric addict down!!
I do miss my sewing buddies from Mariposa (ca) , but the Island has 8 quilt/fabric stores, a huge fabric warehouse and lots of talented sewers and quilters! I am currently learning Hawaiian quilting , and the teacher is very knowledgeable
and - shock - I like hand applique & quilting ~ hawaiian style!!
Well, time to dig through my humble hawaii stash or, rats, off to shop I go!!

Hi, Roxanne!

Hawaiian style quilting?  I love looking at these quilts ... please share pictures of your hand applique and quilting !

How did the fabric shopping fun go?

Looking forward to seeing the quilt you make with Dorian's pretty pattern ...   Pat
