It is actually the second time I've made this pattern.  The first time was in a Mystery class with Jess several years ago.  I had never sewn anything that wasn't square.  I think it has to be my favorite.

Lovely work, ladies! Trish, your chair is beautiful! I've got to get my Mark back into his woodworking! He's been volunteering with Habitat for Humanity, so maybe that will spark his interest again.

I have 2 more April finishes! Here is Blackford's Beauty, for our friend Bryan (the colorwash landscape is for his partner Mark). I also attempted a closeup of the block and border quilting.

I also finally finished this Bavarian crochet baby blanket. I think it will go to one of our pastors whose wife is expecting. This was one BORING crochet project!

Aw, Dorian! He is so darn cute! He'll be "spying" stuff on his quilt for a long time. :)

Great work everybody, love it all!

I am still plugging slowly on the mystery quilt, still on the third page.

Well things have been beyond crazy here as I been sewing for my blog hop that I'm part of along a couple other ladies from here.  So the only things I got to show off are BIRDS.... lots and lots of birds.  A whole blooming flock of them if you care to see them ... but this skinny mini is the one I was trying to get finished that I was talking about on this past weekends thread.  I got it finished yesterday earlier afternoon.  I call it my "Blue Birds of Happiness". Enjoy  these little darlings!!

Toodles,
Tricia
