Wow!! The postal service is sure making up for lost ground on delivering these!

Thank you, ladies, for letting me know that your packages arrived safely.

Enjoy your layer cakes!

Ms Cindy ...  when I saw that pattern in the issue I as greatly tempted to jump over to attempt that one, but I think I am going to stay with the "Churn Dash" plan.  That is a beauty!!   Pat

Well, I'm just back to the computer from having a "love-in" with my fabrics!  They are all SO wonderful!  Been looking at patterns - torn between "Tossed 9-Patch" by Eleanor Burns (it's actually just a split 9-patch using 5" squares), or the Oopsie Daisy pattern (from The Keepsake Quilter) - I've loved that pattern since the first time I saw it, and am finally getting around to ordering it.

Pat, my wonderful package arrived yesterday. Had some friends over last night, and one of them fondled every piece...... she was very impressed with all the work and organization it must take for you to carry this out. thanks again for being our hostess!

Thanks, ladies, for letting me know that the packages are arriving home and you are enjoying the fondling ...

Denise ... you should get your friend on the forum and she can join us next time!

I have the rest of the fabric swapped and Jess and Genia's packages are sealed and ready to mail as soon as I can get them to the post office!

Tomorrow I am going to lay out all my new fabrics and enjoy ... enjoy ... enjoy ...   Pat

I got my sweet cakes today, and oooooo! It is all I can do to get anything done. I am off to bed, but I think I will tuck them under my pillow and sleep with them!

I'll have to add to it, but think I'll be using my 'layer cake' with this:
