Hehe, how many of you are standing around stamping your feet impatiently at me?????

Enhance your calm. It won't be in the next few days. I generally post the cutting chart 2-4 weeks in advance. I am working on it, and I will order kits Monday. I am going to try and get some super-fabulous stuff from Northcott, but that depends on if they can get it to me in time.

Today I am trying to enhance my own calm and not throw my phone and void the warranty before hubby takes it to the store.

Ladies, I have not heard from Genia and Laura, despite several attempts at communication. Have any of you heard from them?

Well Ladies

Finally paid for Tomball, my flight and my motel for Tuesday so just counting the days now before I go to Tomball.  I had every intention of making gifts for everyone but as time is so limited now and life has been so hectic may have to resort to bought gifts this year - hope you all understand!

Looking forward to meeting old friends again and also making new ones! ((((hugs))))

I JUST CAN'T WAIT! CAN I JUST GO ON AHEAD AND STAY THERE TIL YA'LL GET THERE? I REALLY NEED A BREAK!

Now on to supper. Nikki and I had thought about swiss steak for our supper night. Is there anybody who doesn't like tomatoes?

And for dessert, I was thinking about Nikki's favorite cake. It's a Heath cake. Chocolate of course!!

And what about door prizes? Do we all bring one?

sherry, you & nikki plan on cooking whatever you want!  as far as i know the only allergies are cindy #2's - oranges and shrimp i believe?

as for door prizes, and "treats" for that matter - none of that is mandatory . . . do as you (and your pocketbook) please!

oh gosh, but i CANNOT WAIT TO GET TO TOMBALL!!!!!!

I was just thinking of door prizes!! If everyone brings one, we can do the white elephant swap again. We always have a few extra laying around, but I don't have anyone but Jami and I down for doing a door prize so far. If you are bringing one (or more) door prizes, please let me know.

I won't be making gifts for everyone either, but then, I never have. I did just order my gifts and I am so excited about them!

Also ordered the fabric for the kits. It will be here only 7-10 days before the retreat. However, the cutting chart is pretty simple and we do have time this year to cut at the retreat, if you want to do so. I will let you guys know as soon as the kits arrive. I ordered two colorways of Stonehenge from Northcott. (Warm and Cool.... lots of purples!). Milica, you might even like these as they have a batiky look to them, though they are cottons. And if you haven't sewn with Northcott before, they aren't kidding when they say that they are cottons that feel like silk - they are soooo yummy and easy to use!

Okie Dokie. Don't forget to let me know if you are bringing a door prize so I know how many I am responsible for!
